Break The Ice.
POLAR was inspired by founder Penny's travels to Berlin and experiencing the local peppermint liqueurs and realising there was nothing quite like it back home. She loved the culture of drinking the liqueurs neat and ice cold, simple, refreshing yet delicious. Tired of the harsh or overly sweet liqueurs available, Penny created POLAR to fill the gap.
POLAR was made for celebrating with friends, music on, delicious drinks in hand. We can't wait for you to try the spirit of Berlin, bottled in the UK.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Ice-cool mint aromas deliver a piercing, fresh aroma.
Palate: Intense peppermint flavour and a silky, viscous texture. Well balanced and lightly, softly sweet.
Finish: A cool and crisp peppermint bite morphs into a refreshing and long menthol breath of fresh air.

Following our first year of trading, POLAR donated a portion of our revenue to two charities close to the ethos of POLAR. Music Venue Trust, committed to supporting the hospitality industry and WWF which helps preserve the environment.
