POLAR began with a moment of inspiration in Berlin — a city that knows how to celebrate. It was there that our founder discovered the joy of peppermint schnapps: ice-cold, unapologetically bold, and shared freely among friends. Back home in the UK, the question became: why isn't there a premium British version of this? Something crafted with care, made from the finest grain spirit, and worthy of every occasion worth raising a glass to.
And so POLAR was born — a peppermint ice spirit that captures the spirit of Berlin's drinking culture and brings it to Britain with a premium twist. Made using high-quality grain spirit and the finest peppermint, every bottle is a nod to that first unforgettable sip.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Ice-cool mint aromas deliver a piercing, fresh aroma.
Palate: Intense peppermint flavour and a silky, viscous texture. Well balanced and lightly, softly sweet.
Finish: A cool and crisp peppermint bite morphs into a refreshing and long menthol breath of fresh air.
