POLAR Espresso
- 25ml POLAR
- 25ml vodka
- 25ml kahlua
- 25ml espresso
Wet then dry shake together and serve with coffee beans.

POLAR Sour
- 20ml POLAR
- 37.5ml Gin
- 50ml Grapefruit Juice
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Simple Syrup
Mix in a shaker with ice, then strain in a glass to serve.

Artic Heights
- 20ml POLAR
- 40ml Vodka
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- 15ml Violette Liqueur
Mix in a shaker with ice then strain into a glass.

Hive Mind
- 50ml Gin
- 20ml POLAR
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml British Honey Syrup
Mix in a shaker with ice then strain into a glass.

POLAR Negroni
- 25ml POLAR
- 25ml Crème de Cacao
- 25ml Gin
Build in glass with ice and garnish with grated nutmeg.

Artic Pearl
- 50ml gin
- 25ml POLAR
- 20ml lime juice
- 10ml gomme
Serve chilled in frozen glass with spiralled cucumber or over block of ice in short glass.
Optional: top with champagne.

Winter Storm
- 50ml rum
- 20ml POLAR
- 25ml lime juice
- 10ml ginger syrup
- Ginger ale
Add ingredients to shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into a glass and top up with ginger ale.

POLAR Martini
- 50ml of POLAR
- 25ml of vodka
- 25ml of sugar syrup
Add into a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake well until ice cold. Strain into a martini glass and serve. Add a few drops of chocolate bitters for an chocolate mint twist like an After Eight.

Artic Velvet
- 30ml POLAR Spirit
- 30ml Vodka
- 30ml Coffee Liqueur
- 60ml Vanilla infused Double Cream
- Garnish with Grated Nutmeg
Mix spirits in glass with large ice cube, then add double cream and garnish.

Ice Breaker
- 35.7ml house gin
- 25ml POLAR
- 25ml lemon juice
- 12.5ml gomme syrup
Add all to a glass with ice then add soda water. Garnish with mint, lemon or cucumber.

POLAR Spritz
- 25ml POLAR
- 25ml gin
- 20ml elderflower liqueur
- Prosecco
- Soda water
Add cubed ice to ingredients in a long glass, mix and top with soda water, prosecco and garnish with mint and peeled cucumber.

Berry Fresh
- 50ml Gin
- 20ml POLAR
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Strawberry Syrup
Add ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain over ice.

Julep Twist
- 37.5ml bourbon
- 25ml POLAR
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml peach liqueur
- 5ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- Angostura bitters
Add all ingredient to a glass, add crushed ice then churn. Garnish with mint.

Redline
- 37.5ml POLAR
- 25ml Rum
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Orgeat
- Top w Peychaud's Bitters
Build in glass with ice, top with bitters and garnish with mint.

Peppermint Hanky Panky
- 60ml Dry Gin
- 30ml Vermouth
- 15ml POLAR
Stir all with ice, strain into a coupe and garnish with lime zest.

Pineapple Mint Fizz
- 15 ml POLAR
- 45ml Vodka
- 90ml Pineapple Juice
- 15ml Blue Curaçao
- Soda Water
All all ingredients to a a shaker (excluding the soda water). Add a scoop of ice until it's cold. Strain into a tall glass with chopped ice and top up with the soda. Garnish with a chunk of fresh pineapple and a head of fresh mint.

Shake equal parts POLAR and creme de cacao with ice and strain into a chilled shot glass to enjoy this mint chocolate indulgence.

- 15ml White Creme de Cacao
- 30ml Irish Cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled shot glass.

White Peppermint Russian
- 50ml POLAR
- 25ml Coffee Liqueur
- Double cream
Place a large ice cube in your prepared glass. Pour in POLAR and add the coffee liqueur. Top with the double cream, and stir until combined. Garnish with a mini candy cane or candy cane rim for extra effect!
