
POLAR Spritz
- 25ml POLAR
- 25ml gin (Tanqueray or similar)
- 20ml elderflower liqueur
- Prosecco
- Soda water
Add cubed ice to ingredients in a long glass, mix and top with soda water, prosecco and garnish with mint and peeled cucumber.

POLAR Martini
- 50ml of POLAR
- 25ml of vodka
- 25ml of sugar syrup
Add into a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake well until ice cold. Strain into a martini glass and serve. Add a few drops of chocolate bitters for an chocolate mint twist like an After Eight.

Julep Twist
37.5ml bourbon
25ml POLAR
15ml lemon juice
10ml peach liqueur
5ml sugar syrup (1:1)
Angostura bitters
Add all ingredient to a glass, add crushed ice then churn. Garnish with mint.

Artic Pearl
50ml gin – recommended garden/cucumber gin (ie Hendricks)
25ml POLAR
20ml lime juice
10ml gomme
Serve chilled in frozen glass with spiralled cucumber or over block of
ice in short glass.
Optional: top with champagne.

25ml POLAR
25ml vodka
25ml kahlua
25ml espresso
Wet then dry shake together and serve with coffee beans.

Redline
37.5ml POLAR
25ml Rum
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Orgeat
Top w Peychaud's Bitters
Build in glass with
ice, top with bitters and garnish with mint.

Peppermint Hanky Panky
- 60ml of dry gin
- 30ml of vermouth
- 15ml of POLAR
Stir all with ice, strain into a coupe and garnish with lime zest.

Tom Collins Twist
35.7ml house gin
25ml POLAR
25ml lemon juice
12.5ml gomme syrup
Add all to a glass with ice then add soda water. Garnish with mint, lemon or cucumber.

Pineapple Mint Fizz
15ml POLAR
45ml vodka
90ml pineapple juice
15ml Blue Curaçao
Combine all in a shaker. Add a scoop of ice and shake until cold. Strain into a tall glass with chopped ice and top up with soda. Garnish with a chunk of fresh pineapple and a head of fresh mint.
